This insert is made of closed-cell polyethylene foam.  This foam is much more forgiving and will absorb more impact.
 
Includes:
1 Piece Polyurethane Convoluted Lid Foam.
1 Piece approximately 3.40" Thick with cutout. for handguns and magazines.     (Made of 2 Layers)
1  Piece .50 thick base pad.  
 
We can also custom-make you an insert for your one-off case.

I would personally make some small changes to the foam shape, but for the price this can't be beat.

Nice piece

Took me a few minutes to get it correctly oriented. It’s really a nice piece and will keep these guns secured. I will probably get another Cobra/Apache combo.

3800 Foam Insert

Fits well. Too bad the magazine slots aren’t the same as the picture. Picture has 10 slots. Foam received has 8 slots. Otherwise nice.

Perfect fit!!!

Don’t normally do this but, this was an absolute perfect fit just as describe. Definitely fits all my mags and guns to the T. Great product not flimsy at all. Thank you.
