How much does it cost to have my foam custom cut?
We charge a flat cutting fee per layer of $54.95.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. On all standard orders, expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. On custom order, we do offer expedited shipping, which will arrive to you within 5-7 business days.
How do I place a custom order?
It is always best to check with us and make sure your items to be cutout are in our database. You can email us at Contact Us or email@example.com.
Choose the foam that fits your particular case. If you cannot find your insert, please write to us and we will try to have it available within 24 hours.
From the drop-down menu, choose the number of cutouts you will need.
Checkout and proceed to payment page.
After you receive your confirmation email, please send us a picture of the layout of your cutouts, or if you prefer, we can design the layout for you. You can lay your items in the case or on the floor. While others charge fees upwards of $200 for designing your layout, we have no extra charge.
How do you know the size and shape of my items to cutout?
We have a huge database of items with all their specifications. If, for some chance, we don’t have your item in the database, we can usually add it within a couple of days.
What if my item has extra add-ons (i.e. Scope, straps, etc.)?
We are able to make adjustments to attachments. You will need to send a picture of the item with the add-on attached.
How do you cut your foam?
For the most professional results, our foam is custom cut using steel rule dies. Die cutting foam is the most precise way to get a clean smooth cut, unlike a water jet machine, which leaves ridges along the cut. See Examples. Die cutting is essentially a cookie cutter method that utilizes a hydraulic press machine and cookie cutter like dies made of steel that are sharpened to a razor blade finish. Unlike other manufacturers who charge a tooling or service charge for die cutting, we do not.
Do you offer any protection if my items don’t fit correctly?
Yes. If you have any fitting issues for your items, please take a picture of the problem and send it to us. If the problem was due to a factory issue, we will replace your insert for no charge. If it was a mistake that you might have made during ordering, in most cases we will send you a replacement and you will only be responsible for the shipping. The replacement cannot be for different cutouts.
