Overview : Polyurethane foam is the most common type of foam used in cases. The foam is soft enough to provide flexibility for items, but also dense enough to provide cushion for even the heaviest of items.

Technical : Polyurethane is open cell which means air and water can flow freely throughout the foam. The material weighs about 1.2 - 1.3 lbs. per cubic foot.

All inserts are cut to factory specs by computerized CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to insure a proper and snug fit.

Nice foam.

It's very very tight in my apache 5800 and will have to trim out where the wheels are inside the case. But I'd rather trim down than be too loose.

I bought my Apache case and it came with the cubed foam. The foam lasted one trip through an inspection at the airport the first time I used it. I found this company and they had the exact foam cutouts for my Apache case that was solid foam. It was amazing. Perfect Fit and Easy to Customize
